To register for access to the Maizey Price List Section please complete the following application form

Maizey Plastics Head Office, will verify your company and account details. A notification will be sent via email of your log-in username/password.

Please be patient, this process may take up to 24 hours. If a log-in request is received on a Friday, username/password verification will only be processed on the Monday.

All fields required should be completed for your application to be approved.

  12. Price List User/Access Conditions ONLY customers with an active Maizey Account or a Maizey Cash Reference Account will be allowed access to the online pricing section of this website. Under no circumstances will non-account holders be granted access to the price list section. Please note: You will require your Maizey Plastics account number when submitting your registration request. The pricing contained in this section is for the exclusive use of the registered individual(s) and may not be distributed or copied. Registered users are responsible to not divulge their username and password to individuals outside of their organization either on or off the Site. A breach of this agreement will result in immediate termination of access to this site and possible legal action. Product pricing listed on this site is considered up to date, however we urge customers to confirm pricing with sales staff when placing orders. Please note that passwords should not be generated automatically – all registrations needs to be channelled to email Email Maizey Only after the request have been approved, the customer to be registered and receive login details from the system
