Grafitack GEF series (glossy) vinyls is a soft ecological Grafityp Ecology Film without any chlorine or plasticizers, that comes with a water based pressure-sensitive permanent acrylic adhesive. This adhesive is protected by a high quality silicone paper. A good recognizability is guaranteed by the purple print on the material’s backing paper.

GrafiWrap is made from a combination of two self adhesive films. The first film layer is a high quality white cast self adhesive film (Grafiprint S34P). This can be printed, using a solvent printer, with a design to your liking. The second film is an ultra thin transparent laminate (Grafiprint LAM040). This film is applied to the print using a laminator, thus offering perfect protection to the precious print.
With GRAFIWAP, the combination of these two materials makes a soft and exceptionally flexible 90 micron film, which fits around your vehicle as a "second skin".

The structure of the materials makes GRAFIWRAP highly flexible with no possibility of premature shrinking. It will follow the contours of the vehicle and conform into deep grooves. Taking approximately 8 hours to wrap a van means that it's out of action for much less time than if it were being sprayed. With traditional spray coatings the graphic panels have to be left for at least 1-2 days (depending on the weather) to dry before application of the decals. Using GRAFIWRAP is extremely time efficient. - EASY REMOVAL
If an advertising campaign comes to an end or a corporate identity changes, the wrap can be removed in approximately 2.5 hours, leaving no glue residues.

POLI-FLEX PREMIUM is an ecologically proven polyurethane film with matt, reflection free surface. The raw materials are ecologically inert, do not contain PVC, plasticizers or heavy metals (in accordance with Oeko-Tex Standard 100).
- POLI-FLEX PREMIUM can be cut with all current plotters. We recommend to use a standard 45° knife. After weeding the cut flex film is transferred by heat press.
- The polyester liner should be removed warm. Afterwards we recommend pressing the material for another 2 sec. with the same parameters.
- Washable at 60°C and suitable for dry-cleaning. Nylon and textiles with hydrophobic impregnation are not suitable for heat transfer. POLI-FLEX NYLON RECOMMENDED.
- POLI-FLEX PREMIUM excels due to an excellent opacity.
- Guarantee for a secure and long-lasting bond of POLI-FLEX PREMIUM is only given when following the specified temperature and pressure conditions. We recommend evaluation on test material.
