April Highlights … a month to remember!
April was a truly unforgettable month for the Maizey family, filled with product innovation, community outreach, international partnerships, and new beginnings.
AFRICA WRAP SHOW - PRODUCT INNOVATION ON DISPLAY
We were proud to participate in the inaugural Africa Wrap Show, where Maizey once again had the pleasure of showcasing our industry-leading product offerings. - The show marked the continued rollout of the Avery Dennison Ultimate Wrapping Film, a standout solution offering premium quality at a highly competitive price. - Market feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, reinforcing our confidence in this product's place in the wrapping world. Alongside the Ultimate Wrap, we had the privilege of launching our brand-new automotive tool range in partnership with Lamin8 Tools. The response from customers was phenomenal, and we are excited to make these products available across all Maizey branches nationwide.
WELCOMING COVER STYL' TO SOUTH AFRICA
We were delighted to host Michael, Owner and CEO of Coverstyl’, who joined us all the way from Luxembourg, together with our local partner Darryl. The team embarked on a nationwide tour, exploring exciting new market opportunities for Coverstyl’ architectural films and strengthening our mutual commitment to the brand’s growth in South Africa. This collaboration highlights Maizey’s ongoing drive to bring world-class products to local customers—and we’re just getting started.

As part of our commitment to innovation and customer convenience, we are thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of the MaizeyArchitectural website in May. This platform will feature: - A brand-new online store - Easy ordering for Coverstyl’ architectural films - A user-friendly solution designed to enhance the customer experience Stay tuned—more exciting details will be revealed in May!
75th ANNIVERSARY MIDLANDS MUSTANG CHARITY RUN
In a heartfelt highlight, Maizey proudly served as the principal sponsor of our 75th Anniversary Midlands Mustang Charity Run. The journey stretched from Witsieshoek to Underberg, through Umhlanga, and concluded in Wakkerstroom. Throughout the trip, Maizey teams and partners: - Brought smiles and warm meals to children in need - Supported orphanages in Witsieshoek - Contributed to children’s homes in Underberg - Assisted churches feeding communities in Durban - Helped a courageous woman in Wakkerstroom who recently lost her husband while expecting a child We were further honoured to meet the Basotho King, alongside MS Motorsport Promotions and Sons of Thunder, where we donated to children in his community.
STRENGTHENING TIES IN NAMIBIA
April also saw our CEO and CSO travel to Namibia, further deepening our longstanding partnerships. This trip was an opportunity to: - Strengthen our distribution network - Support families and businesses who depend on Maizey’s products - Reaffirm our commitment to reliability and long-term collaboration
